The state Health Department has given the OK for a new restaurant in Pass Christian to open. Bow & Stern at 107 East 2nd St. serves hot dogs, spicy polish dogs, sandwiches, chicken ranch wraps, quesadilla, grill chicken salads, loaded nachos and draft beer. Mechalle Arguelles is the owner.
