Oyster reefs now open

A limited oyster season is now open. Let’s hope it’s a good one. DMR says reefs in Areas II “A” and II “F” conditionally approved waters are open for tonging only. The Telegraph and St. Joe reefs are open for dredging and tonging. You can see maps showing the open areas online at dmr.ms.gov. Area…
