Bay Council recap, hazardous waste disposal

The Bay St. Louis City Council voted to adopt the FY 2016-2017 budget and payroll ordinance at last night’s special meeting. Everything else is sliding over to next Tuesday’s meeting. Meantime, get rid of those old electronics and paint at this event on Saturday.
