Building permit report Part 2

  The Hancock County Building Department issued two new permits during the week of Feb. 12-16 for residential projects totaling $132,593 in value and $685 in fees. One house is being built on Lake Drive and a storage building with utilities in being built on Eugene E. Ladner Road.

Building permit report: houses + courthouse

Let’s catch up with the Bay St. Louis building permits. Five projects were permitted recently, including four residential ones. New houses were permitted on Honshu, Fiber, Good and Cardinal streets. The one commercial permit was for work on the Hancock County Courthouse by Mandal’s. Total value on all permits was $1,201,628. Fees totaled $9,230.
