Building permits all residential; P&Z agenda updated

P&Z agenda update: The application for Tommy Crane has been withdrawn from today’s Planning and Zoning meeting.

The Hancock County Building Department issued eight permits last week (June 18-22) totaling $212,130 in value and $1,341 in fees.

All were for residential projects: a metal car port on Highway 603, closing in the bottom of a house for storage area on Shawnee Street, place a new mobile home on Lower Bay Road, construction of a garage on Wilco Drive, an addition to a cottage on Dogpatch Road, construction of a run through for horses on Ben Green Road, construction of a prefab metal building on Hide A Way  Drive and an agricultural barn in the buffer zone on Wells Road.

Waiting on the weekly permit report from the Bay St. Louis Building Department.
