The Bay St. Louis Building Department issued four permits during the week of July 2-6 with a total value of $845,978 and fees of $6,366.

Three were residential projects: two new houses on Edith Drive and Cedar Lane, and one residential remodel on Main Street.

The one commercial permit was for Hollywood Casino’s remodeling of an existing bar to create a new sports bar and remodeling of the VIP lounge area. William R. Carriage Sr. is the contractor. Permit valuation is $40,000.
