The Hancock County Building Department issued three residential permits last week (Aug. 6-10) for a total valuation of $219,856 and fees pf $1,085.

The permits were for a new house on Pointset Avenue, renovations to an existing house on Caesar Necaise Road and construction of a new house on Road 317.

The Bay St. Louis Building Department issued permits for five projects totaling $99,000 with fees of $1,070.

The permits were for a bulkhead on Hollywood Drive, a deck on Victoria Street, a residential building on 1st, a fence on Bay Oaks Drive and a residential remodel on Tarpon Street.
