Happy Monday. Here’s your weekly building permit report plus the agenda for the Bay Council’s budget workshop today.
Hancock County’s Building Department issued three permits last week ( Aug. 20-24) totaling $111,994 in value with $617 in permit fees.
All three were residential projects: a house on Pointset Avenue, a pole barn on Highway 603 and a lean-to added onto a shed on Lawrence Ladner Road.
The Bay St. Louis Building Department permitted seven projects valued at $1,789,002 with fees totaling $12,735.
New houses were permitted on Citizen, Thomas Shields, Elaine Drive, Carroll Avenue and Carre Court. Also permitted were a pool on Pecan Park and a bulkhead on Jannell Drive.
