The Hancock County Building Department issued three permits last week (Sept. 24-28) for a total value of $346,060 with fees of $1,530.

Two were residential projects: a new house on Road 329 and an addition to a cabin on Highway 603. The commercial permit was for a structure to cover an existing well at 16794 Kapalama Road. The owner is LNL3 LLC and the contractor is Dennis J. Collier. The permit value listed is $3,500 with fees of $79.

The Bay St. Louis Building Department issued permits for 10 projects from Sept. 17 through Sept. 28. Total valuation was $1,014,354 and fees were $6,990.

There was one commercial permit issued to Harry Fisher for a remodel project at 146 Main St. All other permits were residential. They were issued for a pool on Main Street, two residential buildings on Good Street and one residential building each on North Nassau, Mitteer Drive, Skyline Drive, Texas, Easterbrook and Sailfish.
