Building permits & Historic Preservation Commission agenda

Here’s your building permit report for the week of Jan. 7-11.

Hancock County’s Building Department issued two permits totaling $390,568 with fees of $1,244.

One was a commercial permit for the Hancock County Animal Shelter to enclose gated dog pens. The value was $46,369. The residential permit was for a new house on Fenton Dedeaux Road.

The Bay St. Louis Building Department issued permits for three projects, all residential, totaling $450,849 and fees of $3,654.

The projects were for miscellaneous residential buildings on Good Street (bulkhead/pier) and Felicity Street (carport/garage) and for a new house on Skyline Drive.
