The Hancock County Building Department sent its permit report on Friday ahead of today’s holiday, so here’s your partial building permit report for the week of Jan. 14-18.

The county issued four permits with a total value of $249,358 and fees of $1,266. The one commercial permit was issued to William Michael Ladner to construct a 40 X 40 deck at a business at 11041 Lower Bay Road. The value was $2,800 and fees were $75.

Residential permits were induced for a new house on West River Drive, a new storage shed on Road 532 and a pole barn on Firetower Road.
