Building permits: mostly residential

The Hancock County Building Department issued six permits during the week of Feb. 11-15 for a total value of $361,927 and fees totaling $1,810.

The one commercial permit was for a laundry room with three washers and three dryers on 16331 Highway 603. The permit was valued at $3,500 and fees were $79  The owner is James Alison.

The residential permits were for a shed on West Newton, a single family residence on Karly Drive, completion of the interior of a house on Crazy Horse Drive, a new house on Pontiac Drive and a new storage building on East Quitman Street.

Bay St. Louis didn’t send a report ahead of the Presidents Day holiday.
