Weekly permit report & a parade

Meanwhile, here’s your weekly building permit report.

The Hancock County Building Department issued 4 permits for a total value of $611,957 and fees of $2,737.

The one commercial permit was for a 2,000-square-foot addition of a prefab metal building to an existing warehouse at 13061 Road D. The owner is 4228 Main St. Properties of Mandeville. Value listed is $28,068 and fees of $301.

The other permits were for construction of new houses on Road 350, Theo Bilbo Road and Pontiac Drive.

Bay St. Louis didn’t have any permits to report from last week (Feb. 25-March 1).
