Building permits: a mix of residential to close out March

Your building permit report for the last week in March – 25th through 29th.

Bay St. Louis issued permits for five projects, all residential, for a total valuation of $372,704 and fees of $3,615.

The projects were for a new house on Longfellow Street, a residential remodel on North Second, a miscellaneous building on Victoria Street, a new roof on Main Street and a pool on Bay Oaks Drive.

Hancock County issued four permits for a total value of $190,636 and fees of $999. All four projects were residential: a new metal shed on Lawrence Ladner Road, replace existing shower and build two closets on Wanda Circle, a new house on Rocky Hill Dedeaux Road and a new car port on Fenton Place.
