Here’s your weekly building permit report for the week of April 29-May 3.

Bay St. Louis issued eight permits for a total valuation of $828,313 and fees of $7,223.

One permit was for land disturbance on Pennsylvania. The American Legion on Green Meadow Road got a permit for a miscellaneous commercial building with a value of $50,000 and fees of $420.

American Family Fitness got a permit to remodel at 295 Highway 90. Value was $24,000 and fees were $238.

The residential permits were for a new house on Old Spanish Trail, a residential remodel on Main Street, a bulkhead/pier/boathouse on Janelle Street, a new house on South Sumatra and bulkhead/piers on Old Lazy River Road.

Hancock County issued seven permits totaling $745,568 in value and $3,016 in fees. All were residential permits: a pole barn and workshop on Whitfield Road, a new house on Crump Road, a new house on East Pointe, moving a mobile home from Sister Mary Ellen to River Trace Road, a metal building with a living buildout on Road 202, a steel building on Road 388 and a new metal storage shed on Lake Vista Road.
