Here’s your weekly building permit report for June 3-7.

Bay St. Louis issued three permits totaling $368,500 in value and $2,407 in fees. One was a demolition permit on Turner Street and the other two were for a new house on Ulman Avenue and a bulkhead/pier/boathouse permit on North Beach.

Hancock County issued six permits totaling $45,600 in value and $490 in fees. All were residential: a carport on Rayvan Lane, a pole barn on Kiln Picayune Road, a metal building on Gustine Road, a deck on a house on Shawnee Street, fire repairs to a house on Firetower Road and a storage building on Northshore Drive.

Mystery solved: As of last week there were no plans for this property on the service road near Second Street.
