Building permits Part 2; July 4th aftermath

Hancock County issued three permits last week (June 24-July 1) for a total value of $17,000 and fees of $218. All were for residential projects: a pole barn for agriculture and equipment storage on Road 345, replacement of a well house on Highway 43 South and new construction of a pavilion at the Necaise shelter on Highway 603.

Your tax dollars at work this morning. Happy July 5th.
