It’s Monday. Here is your weekly building permit report for July 15-19:
Bay St. Louis issued three permits, all residential, for a total valuation of $406,001 and fees of $2,975. The permits were for a pool on Henley Place and two condos on Carre Court.
Hancock County issued five permits for a total value of $466,504 and fees of $2,103. Two permits were for commercial projects. A new climate controlled 20 unit boat storage building on Tine Ladner Vic Faye Road has a value of $160,000 and fees of $791. Owner is Malley Store All of Pass Christian and the contractor is Landmark Contractors LLC. The other commercial permit was for the expansion of an existing surface mine on Highway 607 to 113 acres. The owner is Wet Mine Assets Holding of Picayune. Fees were $26. No value was listed.
The residential permits were for a new house on Healy Road, a new carport on Alsobrooks Road and a new single family residence on Bayou Coco Point.
