Last week (Sept. 23-27) was a biggie for the Bay St. Louis Building Department: 10 permits valued at $1,514,752 million and fees of $11,342. 

All the permits were for residential projects: land disturbance on Green Meadow Road and houses on Thomas Street, John Baptiste, Henley Place, St. Francis, Burnett and Sycamore streets.  Rounding out the projects were a pool on Victoria, a residential remodel on Easterbrook and an accessory structure on Union Street.
