Here is your building permit report for Bay St. Louis for the week of Oct. 28-Nov. 1.

The city’s building department issued five permits totaling $427,053 and fees of $3,600. 

All the projects were residential: a carport renovation and remodel on Hancock, a bulkhead/pier on Minnesota Street, another residential remodel on Main  Street, a new house on North Beach and a miscellaneous residential building on Deer Drive.
