So here’s your weekly building permit recap from the Bay St. Louis Building Department.

During the week of Dec. 2-6, eight permits were issued for a total of $481,049 and fees of $3,871.

There was one commercial permit for an addition to a business at 301 Longfellow Dr.

The residential permits were for bulkheads/piers on Skyline, Missouri and Mole, a house on Union, a swimming pool on Bayview Court, an addition on St. Charles and a remodel on Carroll Avenue.
