Here’s the Bay St. Louis Building Departments recap from last week (Dec. 9-13)

Five projects were permitted for a total of $644,062 and fees totaling $5,453. There was one commercial permit, for electrical work at 12180 Highway 603. Total value was $12,832 with fees of $379. Owner is David Hardy and contractor listed is Bell Electric.

The four residential permits were for new houses on Tarpon and North Nassau, a residential addition on North Second and a pier and bulkhead on Texas Street.
