Here’s the recap of building permits issued by the Bay St. Louis building department during the two weeks from Dec. 16 to Dec. 27.

A total of four permits were issued for a combined value of $1,364,223 and fees of $5,916.

The one commercial permit was for a new building at 128 Main St. owned by Harry Fisher. The value was $300,000 and fees were $2,170. The contractor listed was High Tide Builders of Bay St. Louis.

The residential permits were for new houses on North Beach, Citizen Street and Ulman Avenue.
