The new Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse now has more than 100 members. The krewe has all sorts of activities planned leading up to the 200th anniversary and reenactment of the Battle of Bay St. Louis. Here’s what’s in store:

The Lundi Gras Parade will be Monday, March 3 at 6 p.m. followed by a reception and awards presentation at the Bay St. Louis Community Center.

The Inaugural Seahorse Open Putt-Putt Championship Poker Run in Downtown Bay St. Louis and Depot District will be Saturday, April 12 at 5:30 P.M.

The reenactment of the Battle of Bay St. Louis during the War of 1812 will be Dec. 13.

The website has membership forms and more information. Membership dues are only $5 UNTIL March 3. Dues AFTER March 3 are $30.
