Mindy’s Café at 126 Blaize Ave. in Bay St. Louis serves breakfast, hot sandwiches, salads, soup and desserts. Mindy Feverston is the owner.

That makes three new restaurants the Mississippi State Department of Health announced this week.

The others are Frappe Fruit at 11382 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport offering a variety of Island Oasis Smoothies and Port in a Storm at 234 Davis Ave. in Pass Christian offering burgers, chicken wings and sandwiches.
