Almost two years after it closed, BB’s Bar-B-Que & Snak Shak is reopening at a new location with a target day of July 15. BB’s new address is 1060C Highway 90 in Bay St. Louis, near Waffle House.

The new BB’s will have the same menu that made the original spot such a favorite dining destination: BBQ sandwiches, plate lunches, seafood platters, po-boys, burgers, wraps and sides. Catering will be available as before.

The new restaurant will feature a dining room with booths, an upstairs room for private parties and a deck and picnic tables for outdoor dining. For those who prefer to pick up their orders, drive in window service will be available.

The original restaurant, shown at left, opened on Highway 90 in Waveland in 1998 as a snowball stand and became a full-fledged restaurant and catering business. It reopened after Katrina and operated until 2012.
