The city of Pass Christian will officially open its harbor with a ceremony at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 22, at the pavilion in the harbor.
The public is invited to attend. Speakers will include Gov. Phil Bryant, Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann and Mayor Chipper McDermott.

While we’re on the subject of new harbors, Bay St. Louis will cut the ribbon Saturday on its new harbor. The accompanying Harbor Fest kicks off Friday and runs through Sunday. More later.
