a) DON ESTAPA – application for Variance to the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is asking for a variance to the fence regulation to allow a 9’ fence to the rear of the property where the maximum fence height is 6’. The applicant is asking to install a 7’ estate fence on top of a 2’ retaining wall. Therefore the fence will be a total of 9’ in height. The fence will surround a pool and be used for privacy. The property is located at 324 Carroll Ave., Parcel #149F-0-29-120.000, described as Part 40, Carroll Subdivision, Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, Mississippi.
