BAY ST. LOUIS Entrepreneurship tends to spring up all over the place. You can buy shrimp from the back of a van, watermelons out of the back of a truck and boiled peanuts from a tiny trailer on wheels. This morning I spotted some Cypress furniture for sale on an unattended trailer parked on a lawn between Washington and Sycamore streets. The stuff looks well made AND some of it is marked down. And yes, the seller and I have the same last name. Bay St. Louis is still small and the Monti family is very large.
