Order up: 2 new restaurants

Here’s the scoop on two new restaurants in the area:

Doña Blanca’s at 14451 Dedeaux Road in Gulfport serves Tacos Hondureños, heuvos rebueltos (scrambled eggs), camarones al Aijo ( garlic shrimp, rice, French fries), Chuleta frita (pork chop, rice, cabbage, french fries) and more, according to the state Health Department’s notes. Blanca Auceda is the restaurant owner.

Quarter Deck Bar at 100 Jeff Davis Ave. in Long Beach, owned by Luke Wayne, offers fried mushrooms, loaded fries, wings, fish and shrimp tacos, chicken quesadilla, chicken wraps, burgers and other items.
