Follow the shrimp signs

Have you seen those shrimp signs placed at the Highway 90 intersections?

They were installed yesterday and loads of people are wondering what they are. Here’s the deal: The tourism folks are using them to direct people to restaurants, attractions, etc.

You’re probably wondering how that’s any different from, say, the signs directing people to the various spots. To decode the shrimp numbers, you need a guidebook. Pick one up at the Convention and Visitors Bureau or download at gulfcoast.org.

Or just use all the signs that are already in place.
