Attention chefs and restaurateurs: The 6th annual Mississippi Seafood Cook-Off will be held Friday, June 5, in Biloxi, and 12 spots are available for the premier cooking competition.
The competition will be at Biloxi’s Slavonian Lodge from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. as part of the Blessing of the Fleet’s Royalty Reception.
The winner will be crowned the King or Queen of Mississippi Seafood and will go on to represent the state in the Great American Seafood Cook-Off in New Orleans on Aug. 8.
The Cook-Off is presented by the Mississippi Seafood Marketing Program at the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources.
