We have it on good authority that Ricky and Lisa Charlton, the owners of newly opened Lightning Pointe Kitchen Mobile Unit at 604 Ingalls Ave. in Pascagoula, are very proud of Lisa’s Hot Mess sandwich. She calls it a “must try.”

The menu also offers other interesting-sounding items like the Bonanza BLT and Fred Flintstone Burger plus the Fried Bologna Sandwich, the classic Reuben, Lightning Pointe Burger, Dog Day Hotdog, tacos and sodas/water.
