Amid all of the local Google alerts today about deadly car crashes and murder trials and such, there was one nice diversion.

NASA will have live coverage of the RS-25 engine test at Stennis Space Center today that you can watch on NASA TV from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The 9-minute test is set for 4 p.m.

One excited headline writer predicted ‘window rattling,’ but who knows if conditions will be right for that. If you should hear a roar, though, you’ll know where it’s coming from.
