It’s not looking good for those of us who want to see the supermoon lunar eclipse tonight. Too bad. This happy coincidence, which won’t happen again until 2033, likely will be clouded over and rainy for us.
If the world doesn’t end, the show begins early, around 7:11 p.m. The moon will start passing through the Earth’s shadow around 8:07 and the total eclipse will begin at 9:11 p.m.
NASA will stream the event starting at 7 here: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/nasa-msfc
