Due to possible inclement weather on Saturday night, the City of Bay St. Louis will observe Halloween Trick or Treating tomorrow night, Friday, October 30th.

Please beware of small children walking the streets and may possibly be in dark costumes or may dart in front of vehicles with their excitement.  Please take extra caution and be on the look out for the children.
