Two new restaurants are now open in Gulfport:

El Saltillo Mexican Restaurant at 12013 U.S. 49 serves burrito, chalupa, chile relleno, tamales, quesadilla, enchiladas rancheros, steak, flautas Mexicana, vegetarian dishes (vegetarian plate, bean burrito, chalupas, chiles rellenos), deep-fried ice cream and much more.

Wings-2-Go at 12100 U.S. 49 serves wings (x-hot, hot, mild, lemon pepper, honey BBQ, honey mustard, Cajun, garlic pepper, honey garlic, Cajun garlic pepper, teriyaki, powder ranch, garlic parmesan, served with celery & carrots and ranch blue cheese), Philly steak, gyro, burgers, shrimp, fish, salads and more. Henry Park is the owner.

On Saturday I’ll have a report on Thursday’s lunch at a New Orleans restaurant with a rich dish to celebrate a milestone. And, yes, the martinis are 25 cents.
