The Krewe of Diamonds parades through downtown Bay St. Louis today. Start time is 1 p.m. but I can already hear Mardi Gras music as the krewe gets geared up for their ride. Here’s the route: Necaise to Main Street, North Beach, then north on Union Street, down Blaize Avenue, north on Sycamore and ending back on Necaise.

Last night’s Seahorse parade was plenty of fun, from beginning to end, before moving on to Trapani’s. Loved the parade theme of bars of the past, and seeing John and Dina as Mr. Frank and Miss Jennie on the Knock Knock golf cart/float. Great job to all involved.
