  1. Lisa, are “they” going to release the Resolution re HB 1523 before the meeting or just keep up guessing? Honestly, I am too angry to attend; though I don’t know a better reason to save my first civil disobedience arrest.

    • The Council did nothing on the resolution presented by Councilwoman McDonald. One member admitted he didn’t know about HB 1523. I know.
