MS. ELIZABETH DUETT – Application for Special Subdivision Plat Approval and Variance to the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is asking to subdivide this parcel of land into two (2) new parcels of land. If the subdivision of property is granted, Parcel 1 will need a total variance of 75ft to the lot width and a total variance of 3,004sf to the square footage.
