The Bay St. Louis Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 28, at 5:30 p.m. in the Bay St. Louis Conference Center to consider Chet LeBlanc’s application for a variance to the zoning ordinance.

He plans to build a four-story building at 118 North Beach Blvd. with commercial space on the ground floor and nine condos on the upper three floors.

The variance request is to allow 14 parking spaces for the condos instead of the 20 spaces required.
