The applicant would like to subdivide the parcel of land into seven (7) new parcels of land.  Each of the newly created parcels would meet the 100’ lot width and the 12,000sf lot area requirements.  The property in question is located at 402 Eighth Street and bounded South on Victoria Street and West on Bouslog Street; Parcel # 137L-0-35-112.001, described as Lot 1-16, Part 17, Part 27-30, All 31-46, Block 54, Bay St. Louis Land Improvement.  The property is zoned R-1, Single Family District.   1. ANITA M. WARNER – Application for Variance to the Zoning Ordinance.  The applicant is asking to install a 6’ in height wood fence on the front yard property line fronting on Third Street and Caron Lane and extend it to the side yards. If the variance is granted, the applicant will need a variance of 2’ to the fence height to the front yard setback, where the required height is 4’, and a variance of 25’ to the front yard setback for the placement of a 6’in height fence where the required setback is 25’.
