At yesterday’s meeting, the Planning & Zoning commissioners voted to approve the Randle/Poche application but tabled the Carroll Avenue application because there was no quorum after Joey Manieri recused himself. Apparently that’s the first time there weren’t enough commissioners present to hold a vote. The group meets the last Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m., City Council Conference Center, 598 Main St.
