Some Serious Bread loafs

Bay St. Louis Al “The Breadman” Jensen counts down the top selling bread at his family owned and operated Serious Bread.

The top seller is the garlic and olive oil flat bread, great with salad and soup or as the foundation for a make-your-own pizza.

Next is Harvest Bread, a walnut and raisin and Craisin studded sourdough that’s just plain delicious.

And a new bread joining the list of best sellers is the Jalapeno Cheddar that is the perfect match for red beans and rice. This bread sells out quickly, so good luck getting a loaf.

  1. My baby bro loves “the brick.” I favor the one with the cranberries and nuts. We both like the scones. All of Al’s products are great, and the cafe is homey. As always, wish them well.
