MR. IRVIN S. KINGSTON application for Special subdivision Plat Approval and Variance to the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is asking to subdivide the parcel into two (2) new parcels of land. If granted the parcel identified as “Parcel B” will meet all requirements set forth for subdivision of property. “Parcel A” will need a total variance to the minimum lot width of 34.98’ where the required minimum lot width is 100’, and a total variance to the minimum square footage to lot area of 3,496 sf where the required minimum square footage to lot area is 12,000sf.
