SAMUEL RILEY WOODHAM, JR AND JAMI LYNN WOODHAM – application for Variance to the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant’s intentions are to build a single family structure on this parcel of land. The required side yard setback is 8’, the owner is requesting a side yard setback of 5’; the required rear yard setback is 20’, the owner is requesting a rear yard  setback of 12’.The property in question is located at 942 South Beach Boulevard; Parcel #149N-0-30-238.000, described as Part of Lot 214,4th Ward, Bay Saint Louis. The property lies in an R-4, Beach Front Residential District.

MR. JIM GRIESHABER – application for Variance to the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant’s intention is to construct a single family residence with a detached carport. The applicant is asking for a 3 foot setback to the side yard for the accessory structure, therefore the applicant is asking for a total variance of 2 feet to the side yard setback. The property in question is located at 704 Hancock Street; Parcel #149N-0-30-049.000, described as 4th Ward, Lot 16B, Bay Saint Louis. The property is zoned R-2, Two Family District.

TERRY STOLZ – application for Special Subdivision Plat Approval and Variance to the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant would like to subdivide the parcel of land into two (2) new parcels of land. If the subdivision is granted, Parcel 1 will need a total variance to lot width of 49.28’, resulting in a lot width of 50.72’, and a total variance of square footage of 6,158.32 sq ft, resulting in a total square footage of 5,841.68 sq ft; Parcel 2 will need a total variance to the lot width of 38.29, resulting in a lot width of 61.71, and a total variance of square footage of 6,159.34, resulting in a total square footage of 5,840.66 sq ft. The applicant is asking for a special exception to allow a studio for professional work or teaching of dance or music at this location. The applicant has stated there will be a maximum of six (6) students attending the class at one time. This use would fit the category as described in Section 621: CHART OF USES FOR ALL ZONING DISTRICTS, as Studio for Professional Work or Teaching of Dance or Music which is allowed by Special Exception. The property in question is located at the intersection of 101 Central Avenue and Washington Street; Parcel #149M-2-30-112.000, described as 3rd Ward, Lot 314, Part 315 & 343, Bay St. Louis. The property is zoned C-2, Central Business District.

BSL PROPERTIES, LLC – application for Special Subdivision and Variance to the Zoning Ordinance. The representing agent is Mr. Regan Kane. The applicant is asking to change the configuration of the (3) three parcels of land into (3) new parcels of land.
