a) SAMUEL RILEY WOODHAM, JR AND JAMI LYNN WOODHAM –Application for Variance to the Zoning Ordinance. The applicants’ intentions are to build a single family structure on this parcel of land. The required side yard setback is 8’, the owner is requesting a side yard setback of 5’; the required rear yard setback is 20’, the owner is requesting a rear yard setback of 12’. b) MR. JIM GRIESHABER – Application for Variance to the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant’s intention is to construct a single family residence with a detached carport. The applicant is asking for a 3 foot setback to the side yard for the accessory structure, therefore the applicant is asking for a total variance of 2 feet to the side yard setback.
