Here’s your weekly building permit report for Jan. 30 – Feb. 3:

The Bay St. Louis Building Department issued three permits: two for new residential buildings valued at $416,423 and total permit fees of $2,460 plus one for a residential remodel with a valuation of $25,000 and fees totaling $197.

The three residential permits totaled $441,423 in valuation and fees of $2,657.

The Hancock County Building Department issued three permits for the week. One commercial permit was for general maintenance on a cell tower on Highway 53 issued to Q4 Inc. of Pelham, Ala. The valuation was $34,122 and fee was $181.

Two residential permits were issued: one for new construction of a shed valued at $500 and fees of $51 and one for the addition of a room to a cottage valued at $19,014 and fees of $207.

The three permit fees had a total valuation of $53,636 and total fees of $439.
