Building permit reports: Waveland, Bay St. Louis & Hancock County

Hancock County’s Building Department issued five permits for the week of Feb. 6-10 with a total value of $282,648 and fees totaling $1,417.

Two permits were for residential work: to install power to a front gate and construct a storage shed for equipment and vehicles.

Three commercial permits were issued:

16990 Old Joe Moran Road. Owner: Russell Love. Contractor: Melissa Damiens-Wood. Enclose existing banquet hall. Value: $200,900 and fees $911.

21290 Highway 603. Owner: Kiln II Equity Holdings. Repairs and painting. Value: $17,098 and fees $97.

23660 Highway 43. Owner Noah Daspit. Replace existing metal building with new 6,250-square-foot metal building. Value: $52,000 and fees $269.

Bay St. Louis issued one permit for the week for a bulkhead-pier and boathouse shed. Valuation $32,000 and fees $225.
