Building permit reports: pools, a subdivision & more

Here’s your building permit report for the week of April 3-7:

Hancock County issued eight permits with fees totaling $2,263 and a total value of $461,709.

The one commercial permit was for construction of a concrete swimming pool and deck at Silver Slipper Casino, 5000 South Beach Blvd. The value of the permit was $200,000 and fees of $911.

The seven residential permits were issued for a boat shed, a pole barn for agricultural use, a mobile home installation, a storage building, two houses and an addition on a house.

Bay St. Louis issued permits for three residential projects totaling $176,273 in value and fees of $1,830.

One project was for a pool, one for a porch and one for preliminary work on the Bay Town Place LLC subdivision on McDonald Lane.
